MissFit's Confidence Blueprint:
B.E. I.C.E. C.O.L.D.
B.E.
BOLD- Take up space and be fearlessly unapologetic.
ENTHUSIASTIC- Be excited about your goals and
dreams. If you are going to do something
or be a part of something, do it with a positive and energetic attitude.
I.C.E.
INTEGRITY- When you know better, do
better. Do the right thing even when it
isn’t the popular thing or the easiest thing.
Do the right thing even when no one is looking.
CARE- Care about yourself. Care about others. You deserve to be respected, and it first
begins with you respecting yourself.
Hold your head high and know that you matter.
EXCELLENCE- Whatever you are doing, try to do
your best. You should work to do your
best, not only with activities that you are your strengths, but work to improve
your weaknesses. Place great effort into
your efforts. Always strive for a positive outcome or outlook.
C.O.L.D.
COURAGE- Speak up. Let your voice be heard. Your thoughts, ideas, and what you have to
say matters and is important. Take action. That develops confidence, and having confidence is golden.
OUTSTANDING- Be original and stand out. It is okay to be different. “If everyone is thinking alike, no one is
thinking.” Authenticity and originality
is what makes the world go round.
LOVE- Love yourself. Respect yourself. Love others and show compassion towards
others. We are all different. None of us are perfect, but in those
imperfections lies our beauty and gifts.
DREAM- Dream big! If your dreams don’t scare you a little, they
are not big enough. If you have an idea,
goal, or dream the only way to see it come to life is to take action, and do
it! You will never know how high you can
soar if you don’t spread your wings and try to fly!
The MissFit Academy: A Strength Camp for Girls June 18th- July 27th
Strength
Training: 3x/week (1 Hour Training Sessions)
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday @ 2:30 – 3:45pm
· Strength program design based on squat,
bench press, deadlift, and Power Clean.
· Prioritize safety and form to insure
an effective training environment.
· Progressive strength overload based
on 6 week training block.
· Establish baseline strength and
re-test at the completion of The MissFit Academy.
I AM MissFit
Lectures: TBA Weekly
Presented during camp schedule
· History of women in physical and
strength culture.
· Goal-Setting: Use teaching tools and
exercises to establish plan out goals.
Encourage dreaming big and taking big actions.
· Mindset: Teach Mental Strengthening
Techniques (MST) to help with focus, confidence, and action.
· Confidence & Courage: Facilitate
a learning environment that helps to embed and empower young women to take
charge of their life. Give them the
knowledge that they have the power to dream big, make decisions, and take
actions.
· Guest Speakers: Strong Female Role
